1. Service Provision & Plan Duration

TRUELIVE IPTV Store offers digital video streaming plans on a 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month basis. We supply the access credentials (M3U, Xtream API, or portal links); customers are responsible for installing and configuring compatible third-party applications and hardware.

2. Fulfillment & Instant Activation

• Code Delivery: Access codes are dispatched via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram following payment confirmation.
• Finality: The order is considered completely fulfilled upon transmission. No refunds or partial cancellations apply once codes are activated.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

• Single Device Policy: Unless explicitly configured for multi-room access, each plan allows only one (1) active stream at any given time.
• Re-streaming Prohibition: Redistribution, re-streaming, or reselling of streaming credentials is strictly prohibited and results in immediate ban without refund.

4. Infrastructure & Network Conditions

Stream stability and loading speeds depend on local ISP bandwidth, hardware capability, and routing paths. Routine maintenance, server updates, and channel refreshes are conducted to maintain platform health.

5. Outage Resolution & Dispute Policy

In the event of a verified continuous server downtime exceeding 72 hours, compensations are issued strictly through subscription extensions. Opening unauthorized payment disputes or false chargebacks leads to immediate service termination and credential blacklisting.
